Thick palm kelp covers the rocky bottom here. Above the palm kelp, divers will see Yellowtail and Bonito schools while below the kelp are cracks and crevices that are home to an impressive invertebrate population. The sheer volume of Lobster and Green Abalone will leave a California diver in awe. These reefs are among the healthiest on Baja California’s Pacific side. As with all invertebrates in Mexico, we only take photos. These reefs are a valuable and protected natural resource of Mexico and are carefully managed for sustainability.
