This is a small coastal island surrounded by thick kelp beds. The weather side of Geronimo has dramatic rocky reefs running throughout the kelp while the lee side is mostly flat with sand. The water here is often times very cold due to coastal upwelling but for those who take the plunge, the reward is a look back in time.
