Like Cedros, Chester's Rocks are known for trophy Yellowtail. Chester's consists of two small islets surrounded by kelp. Scuba divers will enjoy beautiful shallow reefs surrounded by dense kelp canopies. In deeper water, large Yellowtail cruise the kelp edges.
