Both freedivers and scuba divers will appreciate this isolated wash rock located 4 miles south of San Martin. This shallow pinnacle is surrounded by deep water making Bens Rock can be a magnet for pelagic gamefish.

During the spring and summer months, large schools Yellowtail, Barracuda and Bonito can be found here.
