If you notice any discrepancies with the final balance on your receipt, please call our office immediately.
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your reservation.
All cancellations on trips six days or more require written notification 60 days prior to departure to obtain a full refund.
If a cancellation is made after the 60 day period and Islander Charters can fill you space a full refund will be given.
A 10% administrrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Checks will not be accepted with 30 days of departure.
For extended trips, trip insurance is recommended.
Should the price of fuel rise above $3.00 per gallon it may be necessary to impose a fuel surcharge.
Islander Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unforseeable circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather or mechanical failure.
Islander Charters reserves the right to overbook each trip by one passenger.
