A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.
All advertised prices are cash discounted. A convenience charge of 3% will be applied to all credit card transactions.
All cancellations on trips five days or less require written notification 90 days prior to departure.
All cancellations on trips six days or more require written notification 180 days prior to departure.
A 10% administrrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Checks will not be accepted with 30 days of departure.
Staterooms and rod holders will be assigned at the time of booking on a first come first served basis.
For extended trips, trip insurance is recommended.
One day trip prices include permit and excise tax. Price does not include meals or beverages.
For all trips 1.5 days and longer, price includes all meals and non-alcoholic beverages from the beverage bar. Price does not include permit, excise tax, alcoholic beverages and bottled water.
Should the price of fuel rise above $3.00 per gallon it may be necessary to impose a fuel surcharge.
Islander Charters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unforseeable circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather or mechanical failure.
Islander Charters reserves the right to overbook each trip by one passenger.
