Guadalupe Island Great White Shark Trip 11/9/09
Nice wave, bad location.
Because of the windy conditions we had yesterday afternoon, we camped out at the south end again last night. We had a little wind but it was not all that bad. We picked up the anchor at 4:30 am and headed back up north for our last day of White Shark Diving here at Guadalupe Island. The weather came down and it turned out to be a very nice day. The White Sharks were a little slow to wake up this morning and we had our first sighting at 10am. It was a small male about 11 feet long. The next White Shark came at about 2pm and was quite cooperative. She was around 13 feet and made several very close passes for the cameras. We wrapped things up at around 4pm and headed for Ensenada. Weather is nice and we are making very good speed putting us at the dock at 12 noon tomorrow.
